Ingredients

    Ground Pork, 16 oz
    Ground veal, Private Selection (mbg), 16 oz
    1 a5 oz can Tomatoes, diced- Glen Muir organic (basil & garlic)
    1 4 oz can Mushrooms Pieces, drained
    1/4 medium Onions, raw, chopped
    Green Bell Pepper - 1/2 large pepper, chopped
    2 Eggs, whole, raw
    1 egg yolk, raw
    Salt - 1/2 tsp.
    Seasonings as desired

Tips

Seasonings we used: Herbs de Province, rosemary, black pepper, Himalayan salt.


Directions

Mix ingredients well; season as desired. Divide into 18 muffin cups.
Bake at 375 degrees F.
