Number of Servings: 6


    1.25 c shredded mozarella cheese
    1 large or jumbo egg
    1 oz full fat cream cheese
    .75 c almond flour


pre heat oven to 400

line large cookie sheet with parchment paper

in medium bowl, place mozarella and cream cheese cubed, microwave for 1 minute, stir, microwave again for 30 seconds.

add egg and almond flour, stir until mixed.

Wet hands, place dough on sheet and form in to round shape, season with garlic or sea salt as desired.

To avoid bubbles in dough while cooking, poke holes with a fork prior to baking

Bake approximately 8 minutes.

Take and top with desired topping and sauce (make sure raw meat products are pre-cooked). Place back in oven for a few minutes and ENJOY!

Serving Size: makes 6 single size pizzas or 1 medium large pizza (6 slices)
