Ingredients

    1 Mission whole wheat tortill, 8 inch
    2 Tbsp. hummus
    6 Cherry tomatoes, sliced
    1 mini red sweet pepper diced
    1 small mushroom sliced
    mixed salad green, spring mix
    1 small dill pickle sliced

Directions

1. Spread hummus on tortilla
2. Sprinkle with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, greens, and pickle.
3. Roll tortilla up and cut in half for easier eating.
