Ingredients

    Green Beans (snap), 4 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 1 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    SESEME OIL, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Cook frozen green beans per package directions, or boil fresh trimmed green beans until tender, about 6-8 minutes.

2. Drain and rinse beans with cold water to stop cooking process. Set them aside.

3. Heat a large skillet on med high heat add margarine and oil to skillet.

4. Add mushrooms and onions to skillet and saute about 3-5 minutes or until tender.

5.Add cooked beans to skillet and add soy sauce and seseme oil. Toss and heat until warm. You may add salt and pepper to taste but they are not included in nutritional information.
