Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can of pinto beans
    1 can of garbanzo beans
    2 cans of corn
    1 cup balsamic vinaigrette
    1 pint of cherry tomatoes
    2 ripe avocado (or two for good measure. This recipe uses the measurements for 2, but you can only do one if you wish)

Tips

Try it :)


Directions

Core and cut up the avocado into 1/2 inch or so pieces.
Mix everything in a bowl then use it as a hunger defeating fridge snack!!!

Serving Size: Serves 4 according to recipe. We strecth it out farther then that as a snack
