    Turkey 370 g
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 remiro pepper
    6 mushrooms
    2 Pak choi
    1 tbs olive oil
    1 400ml can coconut milk
    Fresh ginger
    Fresh lemongrass
    Sambal olek

Directions

Sauté veg except Pak choi in oil, add diced turkey , spices and colour near ass Pak choi and coconut milk and cover, cook a further 10 mins or so, serve with rice
