Ingredients

    1/2 Polish sausage sliced
    1 green bell pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 can white beans
    1 pinch salt, pepper, sugar, cumin, paprika, chili powder
    1 tablespoon parsley
    1 tablespoon salsa verde
    1 cup cooked white rice
    2 tablespoon olive oil

Tips

we added 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese to the top and it was very tasty


Directions

heat oil in pan
add garlic and sausage and brown
add bell peppers and saute
drain can of beans and add beans to pan
add spices and salsa and simmer
serve over rice


Serving Size: Makes 3 servings with a little extra rice
