    onion
    sea salt
    black pepper
    garlic, chopped
    tomato sauce
    apricot preserves
    ginger
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
    seal salt
    4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions

saute onion, garlic spices in coconut oil.
brown lamb shank.
pour sauces, spices, preserves over lamb.
cook in slow cooker,low 8 hours.
garnish with rosemary
