Ingredients

    Whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 16 oz, cooked , rinsed, and drained
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt, 2 tbsp
    Agave Nectar, 0.5 tbsp
    Cayenne Pepper Sauce, 2 tsp
    Onions, raw, 0.25 medium, cut into very thin slices
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Shiitake Mushrooms, 4 mushrooms

Directions

Mix the pepper sauce, soy sauce, 0.5 cup water, and peanut butter in a large bowl. Mix in cooked spaghetti and the sliced vegetables. Allow to chill for at least 3 hours. Serve cold or at room temperature.
