Ingredients

    4-7 boiled potatos
    3-4 hard boiled eggs
    1/2 - 1 cup frozen peas (or corn - or both! )
    Fat free Mayo salad dressing
    Chopped green onions (about 1/2 cup - to taste)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

cut potatos into bite size pieces and boil, cook peas (corn) and hard boil eggs, chill, then dice eggs and combine with diced onion, peas (corn), eggs and Mayo in large bowl. Refigerate before serving. Add salt, pepper and any other seasoning to taste!! Yummmy and a great party food!
