Ingredients

    All fresh vegetables
    1 large can black beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    2 cans ground tomatoes
    1 onion
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 pack (16 oz.) mushrooms
    1 package trader joe's roasted corn
    red pepper
    chili powder
    cumin
    salt
    black pepper
    parsley

Directions

Chop & throw in a pot to simmer for an hour!
