Ingredients

    4 Eggs
    2x can Kroger Wild Alaskan Samon
    1 cup white onion (chopped)
    2 tbsp celery flakes
    4 tbsp Mrs. Dash Table Blend
    2 tbsp Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy
    1 tsp salt
    pepper
    parsley
    garlic powder
    4tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
    8 tbsp milled flax

Tips

(I find that baking them dries them out if you are trying to get them crunchy a bit).


Directions

Mix all ingredients
Measure 1/3 cup patties
Fry in olive oil or bake on cookie sheet.

Serving Size: 17 patties (each patty is 1/3 cup)
