2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 whole bay leaf
2 tsp garlic
3.5 cup (1 can) crushes tomato
6 cups beans (red kidney/great northern/black beans)
2 cups corn
2 cups salsa verde
1 cups water
Tips
Adjust seasoning to taste about half way through the cooking time.

Directions
Heat oil
-Add onion, carrots, garlic, chili powder, red pepper flakes and bay leaf.
- Sauté over med heat until onion is translucent.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook about 1 hour, adding more water as needed if you want a thinner chili.
Remove bay leaf.
