Introduction

This is my version of the low fat, low carb cheesecake by Dee5155 that I found on sparkrecipes. Mine has a few variations, and tastes best if left to chill overnight. It's a cheesecake, but the taste and consistency is very similar to that of chocolate brownies. This is my version of the low fat, low carb cheesecake by Dee5155 that I found on sparkrecipes. Ingredients

    230g cream cheese
    1/2 cup sweetener
    3/4 cup ground pecans
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 egg

Directions

1. Heat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
2. Line a flan tin with the ground pecans to make a crust, pressing down firmly.
3. Mix the remaining ingredients until well blended, before spooning it over the base.
5. Bake in oven for 30-40 min until lightly brown around edges.
6. Place in refigerator for a few hours until completely set, or chill overnight, if there's time.
