    puree tofu,onion,garlic, soy sauce
    mix in coleslaw
    add cilantro, salt and cayenne to taste.
    form into patties.
    sauté in oil,rapidly, so that the patties stay crunchy inside but nicely brown outside

Directions

Use a non stick pan.
form the patties with 2 spoons, getting them browned quickly so that they stay nice and crunchy
