Ingredients

    12 cups chopped romaine lettuce
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 celery stalk, diced
    1 can chick peas, drained
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 small can tuna, drained

Tips

You can use any vegetables, white tuna, chopped chicken, etc. Let your imagination take over.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve with whole wheat bread and your favorite dressing.
