This is a super easy flatbread recipe that cooks up as easy as pancakes. You can use any seasoning you wish, to add variety to your diet. These can be made with Italian, Mediterranean, Spanish, Indian, American or any other seasoning mix you.Use this as a tortilla, bread and pizza crust substitute.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Tapioca Flour
1/4 cup Water (+/- to achieve desired thickness)
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning +/- to taste
Tips
You can use more or less water to achieve desired thickness, thinner to be used as a tortilla, thicker for a bread/pizza crust substitute.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a Jar with lid. Shake well. Pour 1/8 cup at a time into lightly greased hot griddle.
cook for 1-2 minutes and flip. cook other side for 1 minute. serve warm or wrap and save for later.
