Ingredients

    3 cups spinach
    1 banana, large
    10 grapes, green & seedless
    1 cup Dole Frozen Fruit (Strawberries, Pineapples, Peaches & Mango)
    1/2 Cup Water

Tips

You don't need a special juicer or expensive mixer for this. A good blender will do the trick!


Directions

Mix water & spinach in blender until smooth
Add other ingrediants and mix.

Serving Size: Makes 2 8 ounce glasses
