Ingredients

    black rice, cooked
    shrimp
    sugar snap peas
1-2-3 sauce (rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce)

Tips

I used frozen cooked shrimp that way I only had to take tails off and did not have to worry about deveining or removing the shell.
You could use raw shrimp just account for needing to cook it.

Directions

Cook black rice according to package directions. Should take about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut pea pods into 1 inch pieces. Thaw shrimp according to package and take any tails off of shrimp.

Sauté pea pods for 2 minutes in a pan. Add shrimp and continue to stir until warm.

Combine rice, peas and shrimp. Whisk together 1-2-3 sauce and pour over dish. Mix well. Serve warm.
