Ingredients

    Chicken broth (fat skimmed off) made at home from chicken backs
    Meat pulled from cooked chicken
    Fresh veggies - carrots, onions, swiss chard... anything in the veggie drawer really.
    Simmer together and spice with garlic, ginger, a little salt, lots of pepper, herbs de province.
    Best made a day or two ahead so the flavours can really blend nicely.

Tips

It's just really light... excellent for lunch, snack whatever... you can skip the chicken meat and just do veggies and it's excellent too.
