Ingredients

    3 parsnips, peeled and cut into chunks
    1 16 oz bag frozen cauliflower
    2 C vegetable broth
    1 T Ghee
    8 g section Turmeric Root (or more), microplaned
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Boil parsnips and cauliflower in broth until almost all evaporated, start watching closely after ~15 min. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Puree using hand blender.

Serving Size: Makes 9 ˝-Cup servings
