Ingredients

    20.8 oz Lean Ground Beef
    4 Cups Mashed Potatoes
    1 Cup frozen corn
    1 Cup Frozen Peas
    2 Large Fresh Mushrooms
    200 Gr raw yellow onion
    1 35gr pack taco seasoning
    3 tsp canola oil

Directions

-boil peeled and cut potatoes until soft
-brown beef and onions in a pot
-add peas, corn, mushrooms, and taco seasoning to beef pot and mix together.
-mash potatoes
-remove beef mixture from heat and place in oven safe dish.
-top beef mixture in oven safe dish with mashed potatoes
- place oven safe baking dish in the oven on broil for 10-12 minutes or until tops of the potatoes are stiff and golden brown.
serve directly from the dish.
