- ground turkey - 1 pound
- canned corn in water - 2 cans
- canned tomatoes with green chiles - 2 cans
- canned black beans - 2 cans
- 1 ranch seasoning packet
- 1 taco seasoning packet
Tips
feel free to switch the meat and beans, and try new additions, we like to serve this over salad with sour cream
Directions
1) Brown the ground turkey and put in crock pot
2) Open and add the tomatoes, chiles, and corn to the crock pot
3) Add the ranch and taco seasoning
4) Drain and rinse the black beans, add to crock pot
5) mix well
Cover and cook as long as fits your schedule(at least 4 hours).
