Ingredients

    1 Fresh Mango
    1 Raw Tomato Medium, whole
    Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 1 tsp
    1 Avocado - Fresh, Whole,
    1/2 Jalapeno Pepper
    1/2 Pepper, Bell fresh (Green, Red, Yellow or Orange)
    1/2 Cucumber (with peel)
    3 tbs Cilantro, raw
    1/4 Red Onion Raw

Directions

Chop all items
add lemon juice
stir
refrigerate for an hour
serve on fish, crackers, or even in a salad

Serving Size: Makes 9 1/2 cup servings
