    8 roma tomato - chopped
    1 white onion - chopped
    2 cloves garlic - minced
    2 T olive oil
    Italian Seasoning

Directions

Put all the prepared ingredients in a sauce pot and cook on medium-low for 40ish minutes, or until the tomatoes are broken down.
