Ingredients

Ground Turkey, Honeysuckle White, 85/15, 16 oz
Bread, wheat (including toast), 2 slices - torn into pieces or toasted and food processed into crumbs
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Spinach, frozen, .75 cup
*2 tsp Italian Seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder
    Optional:
Ketchup on top (not factored into nutritional information)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together and place into a small loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour (I always check after 45 minutes, because oven times may vary). If ketchup is used, take out after 50 minutes and put it on, then finish baking the last 10 minutes.
