Ingredients

    3 stalks of broccoli
    3 cloves of garlic chopped
    1 small onion
    1 red bell pepper
    1 green bell pepper
    4 TBS of Garlic Seasame sauce (60 calories per table spoon)

Tips

Serve with fish like salmon


Directions

First brown onions in sesame oil, then add only 1 Tbs of soy sauce. add broccoli first once slightly softened then add pepper and slowly add in brown rice drizzling remaining soy sauce once rice is in. Get whole pan to sizzling then add sesame garlic sauce throughout pan and fold in.
