Ingredients

    1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    3oz. applesauce
    1 cup mashed banana
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt. Make a well in the center . Combine beaten egg, milk , applesauce, banana and nuts then add all at once to flour mixture. Stir just till moistened. Lightly grease muffin cups and fill 2/3 full. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
