Ingredients

    1 1/2 chicken breast
    1/2 pkg frozen broccoli
    1/2 pkg sugar snap peas
    1/2 pkg mandarin blend veggies
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp ginger

    2 cups cooked instant brown rice

Directions

Cut chiken into cubes.

Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Saute chicken until begins to brown. Add frozen veggies and seasonings. Cook until veggies are tender crisp.

Divide mix evenly by 4 and serve over 1/2 cup cooked instant brown rice.
