Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 Large Eggs
3 cups ground turkey
1 cup extra lean ground beef
2 Tbsp chopped raw onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp ground savory
Salt & Pepper to taste
A serving is 3-4 meatballs.
Nutritional analysis calculated as recipe making 60 meatballs, and a serving being 4 meatballs (so, 15 servings for the recipe).
Tips
Add Italian seasonings to make them Italian.
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F (175C)
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly (I always find it easier to do it with my hands, wearing gloves)
3. Roll into 1.5 inch balls (or drop by teaspooonfuls) and place on cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes
5. Makes 50-60 meatballs.
NOTE: Freezes well.
