Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive oil
    8 cups cabbage
    1 medium onion diced
    4 whole carrots, chopped
    3 stalks of celery, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup frozen corn
    2 cups frozen cut green beans
    1 15 oz can red beans
    1 15 oz can pinto beans
    1 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes w/ oregano, basil, garlic
    1 QT Rachel Ray's Chicken Stock
    2 Tbsp Tomato paste
    3-4 Cups Water
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper


Tips

SAUTE THE ONIONS, CARROTS, CELERY, GARLIC. THEN ADD THE OTHER STUFF IN A 6 QUART OR LARGER STOCK POT. COOK UNTIL DONE. YUMMY!

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. COOK UNTIL DONE. SIMPLE!
