Ingredients

    2 cans Mixed Vegetables
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 large Onion (chopped)
    3/4 cup Mayo
    1 can Water Chestnuts (chopped)
    1 cup Shredded Cheese

Tips

Mayo, Cheese, and Cream of Chicken Soup may be substituted with healthier versions (reduced fat, light, low sodium).


Directions

Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Spray square casserole dish with non-stick spray. Pour ingredients into casserole dish. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
