    Almond Milk - Silk Original, 1 cup

    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves
    Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Baby Cut Carrots - Raw, 3 oz
    Isopure (perfect zero carb), 62 grams = 2 scoops
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
    Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.

Tips

Put Flaxseeds in last.


Directions
