Ingredients



    Banana, fresh, 1 extra small (less than 6" long)
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 0.5 cup
    4-5 Ice cubes
    1 tea. Imitation Strawberry Extract
    5 pks of sweetner or to your taste)

Directions

Put into blender
Cut frozen bananas chuncks, pineapple,milk, yogurt, ice cubes, sweetner and flavoring.

Blend until smooth

pour into cup with additional ice and enjoy
