    4 eier
    50g gemahlene mandeln
    50g geschrotete leinsamen
    2 essloeffel weizekleie (8g)
    1 essloeffel mehl 12g
    halb paeckchen backpulver
    etwas salz
    1 essloeffel sonnenbluemenkerne

Directions

preheat the oven to 150°C. mix dry ingredients, except for sunflower seeds, mix in quark & eggs. put in a silicone bread form & bake 30-40 min. let it cool.
