Ingredients

    1 pound ground chuck
    .85 pounds ground pork
    1 cup ground pork rinds
    1 egg
    1/3 cup tomato sauce
    1/2 cup parmesan
    1/4 cup onion
    2 tbsp parsley
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

- i didn't add garlic powder to save on carbs, but you can.


Directions

1) preheat oven to 350
2) mix meat and other ingredients
3) put in meatloaf pan
4) bake for 1 hour
