Ingredients

    1 bag of prepared kale (any variety is fine)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cups carrots, chopped
    2 16 oz boxes of vegetable broth
    1 package of Turkey kielbasa
    2 12 oz cans of white beans
    2 Tbsp of EVOO
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

In a large soup pot, sweat onions in the EVOO until translucent. Add carrots to onions for a few minutes. Add kale, stir in with onions and carrots for a brief wilt. Add drained and rinsed white beans. Mix well with other ingredients. Add the vegetable broth and chopped kielbasa. Season with salt & pepper. Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes until all the vegetables are tender and flavors merry. Done!
