Introduction

One pot meal! One pot meal!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 oz chopped or ground chorizo
    1 can coconut milk
    2 cups chicken bone broth
    1/2 tbsp coconut oil
    1 Medium onion finely chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper (more to taste)
    Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
    4 cups chopped kale
    salt
    pepper
    Garlic 1 clove

Directions

Brown Chorizo in pan. Add onion, pepper and garlic and sweat until just starting to get soft. Add remaining ingredients and cook until kale is tender. Makes 8 1 cup servings.
