Directions
mince the garlic and ginger, bring it to infuse in the canola oil on low heat, when golden add the 3 cups of rice and mix often til becomes white. At the same time bring your water to boil, once the rice is white add the water, the salt, mix well, and lower the fire to the bare minimum.
