Ingredients

    3 lb Beef chuck roast
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    Water, tap, .5 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Texas Pete's Hot Sauce, 10 tsp
    Better tha Boullion Beef Base, 2 tsp.

Tips

I served with cilantro lime brown rice over fresh spinach!


Directions

Put roast in Crock Pot. Top with tomato sauce. In a bowl mix water, chili powder, better than boullion and Texas Pete. Pour over roast. Top with peppers and onions. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8.
