    16 0z ground beef browned
    2 tablespoon butter
    3 mushrooms
    1/2 yellow onion
    1 package onion soup mix
    2 cups frozen italian vegetables
    2 cups beef broth
    2 cups water

Tips

Lower carbs leave out french onion soup mix.


Directions

saute .5 medium onion
3 mushrooms sliced
in separate pan
add 16 0z browned ground beef
stir in sauted onions and mushrooms.
add 2 cupsfrozen vegetables
add 2 cupsbeef broth
add 1 packagefrench onion soup
add 2 cups water
cook medium heat 30 minutes.
