Ingredients

celeriac (celery root), 1 cup
Beans, yellow string, 1 cup
Trader Joe's Grated Parmesan Cheese, 6 tsp
Lindsay Queen Green Pimento Olive (1 Olive), 8 serving
paprika, smoked, 1 tsp
Pacific Natural Organic Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup
Carnation Evaporated Milk Vitamin D added (canned milk), 6 tbsp
Thyme
Directions
1. Peel & thinly slice celeriac. Keep in water with a bit of vinegar or lemon juice to keep from browning
2. Break your yellow wax beans in half
3. Slice your olives thinly
4. Use cast iron skillet or casserole pan
5. Coat with non-stick spray
6. Put one layer of celeriac slices and 1/2 beans in pan
7. Sprinkle on some thyme and parmesan cheese.
8. Put 1/2 of olives on top.
9. do the same with the rest of the veggies, cheese, & olives.
10. Sprinkle with paprika
11. Mix milk and soup together and pour over top.
12. Cover with foil and back in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
13. Remove foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes - sides should be bubbly and a little crisp.
