Ingredients

    1 Box Ezekiel Cereal, Flax or Original
    1 8 oz bag slivered Almonds
    1/4 c. dried shredded coconut
    1/4 c. coconut flour
    1/4 c. roasted peanut flour
    1-1.5 c. natural peanut butter
    1-1.5 c. honey
    -Mix dry ingredients in a big bowl. Stir together honey and peanut butter in equal proportions. In other words, if you use 1 c. peanut butter, use 1 c. honey. Microwave peanut butter and honey mixture for about 1 minute, to melt it. Pour over the cereal mixture and stir well. Pour into a 15x10 inch rimmed cookie sheet and press down hard.

Microwave peanut butter and honey mixture for about 1 minute, to melt it. Pour over the cereal mixture and stir well. Pour into a 15x10 inch rimmed cookie sheet and press down hard. I use a sandwich bag or Saran Wrap, and press it in with my hand until it's really packed down tight. Freeze or refrigerate until firm. Cut into 30 bars.
