Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 lb of ground turkey meat
    4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
    cinnamon to taste
    powdered ginger to taste (optional)
    1/2 cup thai sweet chili sauce

Directions

In a frying pan, warm the peanut butter on medium low heat. As it warms, spread across bottom of the pan. Add turkey breast to warmed peanut butter and fry the turkey. Add cinnamon and ginger and mix in. When you no longer see any raw bits of turkey in the pan, add the sweet chili sauce and stir for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat and let sit for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot over rice.
