    12 oz whole wheat elbow macaroni
    1 cup fresh peas
    1 tbs olive oil
    4 boiled egg white
    3 tbsp kraft light mayo
    1 cup raw onions chopped thin
    1/2 cup garlic chopped thin
    4 oz starkist chunk light tuna in water


cook macaroni per box, run over cold water for a few minutes, place in bowl, add ingredients and mix add salt and better if desired serve cold.
makes 8 servings of 2 ounce salad
