Ingredients

    Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat) 2 tbsp
    Basil, 2 leaves
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Jalapeno Peppers, .25 pepper
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 5 strips,
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 medium sliced
    Red Onion Raw Sliced
    Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss 1 wedge
    1/8 Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar
    Oroweat Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins, 1 serving
    Turkey Breast Roast, 2 oz
    Pam Cooking Spray

Tips

If you would prefer the cold sandwich skip using the Panini grill.


Directions

In a food processor combine mayo, basil, garlic blend until smooth. On one side of bread spread laughing cow, shredded cheddar, jalapeno. Next layer onion, yellow pepper, mushroom and top with sliced turkey. On other side of bread spread 2 Tbsp basil mayo and place on top of sandwich. Preheat Panini grill and spray with cooking spray. Grill for 5 minutes cut and serve.
