Introduction

Ingredients



    Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    Onion Raw diced 1 cup
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Baby Carrots, diced, 20 large
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Organic Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
    chilli powder, 3 tsp

Directions

saute veggies & garlic in coconut oil 10 mins
add ground turkey and cook till browned
stir in chilli powder, broth, and tomato paste
Bring to boil, then simmer 20 mins


Serving Size: Makes 4 1 1/2 cup servings
