Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1 carton egg beaters - southwestern style
    2 small onions
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 orange pepper
    salt/pepper/cayenne
    8 oz mushrooms
    4 oz cooked turkey sausage (jimmy deans pre cooked)
    1 c cheddar cheese

Directions

sautee all veggies and place in any pan you desire...i used a 12X12 2 inches thick pan. beat eggs and egg beaters together and pour over veggies...add in turkey and cheese bake for 20 min at 400
