    One package Chicken Breast
    2 cans Reduced Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
    4 Carrots Chopped
    2 Celery Stalks Chopped
    3 red potatoes
    1/2 cup onions Chopped
    1 dried Basil leaf

Directions

Add all ingredients with a little bit of water into Crockpot. Cook on low for 5 hours or until chicken and veggies are done.
