Ingredients

    Lamb shoulder, half, fat removed
    250ml lamb stock
    2 cloves garlic
    75ml red wine
    30g redcurrant jelly


Directions

Place the lamb joint in the slow cooker. Pour over the stock and wine. Stir in the redcurrant jelly. Season with pepper if desired (no salt needed due to the stock). Cook for 7-8 hours on low.
